Foot reflexology  consists of exerting pressure on very specific areas of the foot, called zon​ reflexes Each area of the foot corresponds to a part of the ​ body.  ​​​ By applying pressure on the reflex zone, the practitioner remotely stimulates the functions of the corresponding organs and glands, making it possible to regulate, disperse or tone the energy circulation.
