than plantar reflexology but it is carried out on the hands up to the arm.

It is a technique based on the principle of a flow of energy released

and uninterrupted which activates the natural process of rebalancing  from the body.

Each client can then feel good physically and emotionally again.

As a Reflexologist, I help people in particular  to reduce their stress and anxiety.
