An outfit in which you are comfortable. The feet are bare so if you have pantyhose you will need to take them off.
It is better if your pants do not tighten your legs.
No session during digestion time (the 2 hours following a meal).
Rest after the session! Elimination crises can occur: fatigue, temporary intensification of symptoms, fever, ...
They are not systematic and are often stronger the first few times.
Don't panic, your body is eliminating. However, if if you have any doubts about your symptoms and reactions, do not hesitate to see a doctor and tell him that you have just had a foot reflexology session.
Hydrate more than usual! This decreases the intensity of elimination crises.


Origines
Pratiquée sous différentes formes depuis l'Antiquité, la réflexologie auriculaire a été développée en France dans les années 1950 par Paul Nogier.
Elle repose sur l'observation de correspondances entre certaines zones de l'oreille et l'ensemble du corps.
